Over the past years, I’ve built deep expertise across the industrial sector, having worked as Tender Manager at Prysmian, the global market leader in its field, where I was responsible for high-value tenders totaling up to €5 billion and led cross-functional teams of up to 100 members. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager and Head of Sales and Bid Management, where I drive strategic growth initiatives and complex bidding processes on an international level. In parallel, I’m deeply engaged in the startup ecosystem as a mentor for high-impact accelerators in Germany and Silicon Valley.
