⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I thought my CV was good, but Mike quickly showed me why I was getting so many rejections. After he rebuilt my CV, improved my LinkedIn profile, and gave me clear career advice, I got interviews with two of my dream companies. I highly recommend his service.

If you are afraid of live coding interviews like I was, I really recommend Mike. I am a Senior iOS Developer, but after I got laid off, I started looking for a new role about 4 months ago. At my previous job, I was very comfortable, and I did not stay up to date with the interview process or what companies are looking for today. And... live coding interviews have always been my biggest fear. I found Mike on Linkedin, read his content, then connected with him on LinkedIn and booked a 60 minute Mock Live Coding & System Design session. It was the best live coding lesson I have ever had. He did the interview in two different styles. First, he was relaxed and friendly. Then he became more challenging, like a real interviewer. Both parts helped me think under different kinds of pressure, just like in a real interview. At the end, Mike gave me very clear and helpful feedback. He told me what I did well and what I should improve. I finished the session feeling more confident and much better prepared. If you are preparing for technical interviews, I really recommend working with Mike. Thank you, Mike, for your time and support. This was the best live coding session I have ever had.

Today I had a 1:1 engineering CV audit with Mike, and it was an excellent experience. Before that, I read his iOS Interview Blueprint, Visibility, and Leverage (Negotiations) books, all of which provided practical insights that have already influenced how I approach my career. During today’s session, we reviewed my CV in depth, discussed my career goals and next steps, and I received clear, actionable feedback tailored to my experience. I’m leaving with a stronger CV, a clearer direction, and several concrete improvements to implement. A great investment for any software engineer looking to level up both technically and professionally. Thank you, Mike!
