Technology: * I created a framework for rapid site development which led to massive growth and huge revenue gains at Announce Media. * I created the Arrow platform for Studio71 that the company has built its business intelligence on for over a decade. Revenue: * I launched Studio71 Context, a ML-powered brand safety video classifier, that completely remade the company's sales team by vaulting Studio71 to the top of the online video media landscape. * I created tools for the Answers.com marketing and executive teams that allowed them to shape traffic at scale and optimize a large list of sites in real time to generate revenue. Compliance: * I installed a security mindset to Studio71 that included automated processes, testing, and training across the entire company. * I have worked closely Legal to ensure Studio71's technology and process adhere to all privacy laws and other regulatory requirements. Leadership: * I led the technical aspects of the Announce Media merger with Answers.com. Working from Jerusalem to accomplish the staff evaluations and then rebuilding Answers.com on the fly, while improving stability and monetization along the way. * My teams are efficient by hiring (and retaining) the best people, instilling an efficient and fun culture, and using all the available data to intelligently predict trends and respond to business needs. * Studio71's technology played a significant role in the successful acquisition by Prosieben Sat.1 in 2015.
