At Newton Connectivity Systems, part of DLCG, I lead training, communications, and content strategy for the national rollout of BrokerBridge, our in-house Broker Management System. I’ve built its learning ecosystem from scratch from onboarding and video walkthroughs to interactive simulations and onboarded 500+ franchise owners through live training and bilingual English/French Office Hours. I also turn field feedback into product improvements and build the knowledge base powering its AI support agent. Previously, I led Velocity’s Eastern Canada Training Team, training thousands of mortgage brokers across Canada.
