•Sr. Consultant/Analyst/Advisor on SDLC Processes, Project Oversight Approval (POA) services, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. 19+ years of Industry experience, as lead and support analyst for Government & Private sector at enterprise level with solid understanding of High level SDLC Program Governance/Process/Methodology approach. Aanalysis, traceability and observations with SDLC Project Life Cycle to meet program level focused and high level business goals. Follow and Implement IV&V best practices on any given SDLC project . Implement Lean Six Sigma in Healthcare SDLC Program Processes. Assist from process standpoint the service delivery teams with SDLC efforts in deliveing at high level and detailed approach for related observation reports & statu with RTM & RACI matrix to stake holders with project phases on Program/Project Management Plans, SOW, RFP's, Business Requirements gathering, leading teams on evaluating and translating Requirements into Specifications deliverable (User Stories, Design Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, General & Detailed Designs, Boiler Plate Templates for various documentations as per approved Deliverable Expectation Documentation (DED) etc),. Follow Industry standards on SDLC Process verification & validation. • Diverse experience on web based projects in E-Commerce, Banking and Retail, etc various Industry domain sectors. • Strong expertise on complete System Development Life Cycle including Requirement gathering, Analysis/Designing, Development, Testing, Implementation, Production, Continuous Improvement phases to meet business goals. • Experience in Project Management i.e. Project Scoping, Planning, Estimating, Scheduling, Organizing, Directing, Controlling, Budgeting and also project co-ordination. • Extensive experience working on software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid. • Efficient in reviewing, approving, writing Business requirements document (BRD), Functional requirements document (FRD), Use Case Specifications, Business rule and Vision & Scope document. • Expert on Bidirectional Requirement Traceability Matrix with Team Foundation Server (TFS) & other project based tools.
