I founded a consulting boutique, where I advise on radical innovation of management and leadership approaches. I apply my expertise from developing organizations - using agile managerial techniques, defining and crafting strategy, and humanizing HR and recruitment. Beyond that, I organized with my team worldwide recognized Agilia conferences and events. One of my current interests is radically reinventing recruitment practices for knowledge-based and creative organizations. Why with me? Prior to consulting, I was CEO of the software house and agency Actum, where I practiced what I have learned and what I teach. My interests led me to become the very first Scrum Master in the Czech Republic. Further, I am a strong advocate for the Bata Management System (Bata Shoes Company).
