My academics, work, and volunteering experiences have exposed me to a dynamic range of people, teaching me the importance of teamwork, humility, and leadership. As the owner of Red Finch Studios, I've developed an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and can identify problems, adapt in order to solve them and measure the outcomes to improve efficiency for the future. I’ve learned how to think outside the box, come up with creative solutions, and have always worked on improving the process. When I'm not doing the marketing, analytics, or filming weddings, I'm an operations analyst at Chinook Highway Operations Inc. My primary contribution to the team is analyzing the operations data for our clients and knowing the overall project health. Through a combination of data analysis tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel, I'm able to visualize and present KPI's to clients, producing ad-hoc and recurring reports for clients and senior management.
