As a Human Resources Business Partner at BlackBuck, I lead a team of three members and manage the fleet management business of around 1000 workforce. I have 10+ years of experience in HR practices in startups and established organizations, with a focus on sales HRBP. I am passionate about developing and implementing vital business and HR strategies, fundamental programs, and processes that drive business results through effective leadership and change management. Some of my key achievements include developing the PIP framework for the channel, designing and implementing the sales career framework, liaising with various HR COEs, and reducing the overall CAC by implementing the variable model for the workforce.
