Entrepreneurship has always been at the heart of my journey. I’m a serial entrepreneur passionate about solving problems, creating innovative solutions, and driving meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, spanning industries such as tech, fashion, and business development, I’ve built a career defined by creativity, resilience, and a commitment to making an impact. My educational background in Fashion Design at Kingston University and Food Science at the University of Leeds provided me with a diverse skill set. This foundation taught me that even in saturated markets, there’s always room to innovate and disrupt. Over the years, I’ve channeled this mindset into various roles, including eight years as a Creative Director in the fashion industry and three years as a Software Tester. These roles helped sharpen my ability to identify opportunities, adapt to challenges, and drive solutions that matter. In 2020, I launched iKooK, a private chef platform designed to bring restaurant-quality dining into people’s homes. Inspired by personal experiences, iKooK caters to individuals with unique dietary needs, busy schedules, and a desire for personalized, high-end dining. Today, the platform operates in the UK, Nigeria, and South Africa, redefining convenience and luxury in home dining. Beyond my work with iKooK, I’m the founder of Mercy Elroi, a coaching and mentoring service dedicated to helping entrepreneurs navigate their journeys. Having successfully scaled my own startup across three countries, I use my experiences to empower other founders to build, grow, and thrive in competitive markets. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, and masterclasses, I offer guidance in areas such as startup scaling, strategic growth, leadership, and business development. As a public speaker, I’ve shared insights at national and international events for over five years, covering topics like professional transformation, marketing strategies, and entrepreneurial success.
