It has given me rich experience and diverse learnings. My journey has been a path filled with hardships and determination. Early on, I lived a life of pleasing people around me to maintain sociocultural norms. I suffered trauma, parental abuse, relentless peer pressure, and humiliation. I lacked support, and self-esteem and therefore faced an identity crisis which made my path far from easy. Today, I operate as a Yoga Therapist & Wellness Writer where I inspire and help students and working professionals who have experienced childhood abuse due to Toxic parent/s, who have narcissistic or gaslighting behavior. I strongly believe there is no age bar for learning and Self Development. My life's lessons made me find my passion for mental health and wellness.
