It's hard out there— and the ad industry is unfortunately no exception. It can feel extremely gate-keepy and hard to navigate, especially for those just starting out or trying to pivot. I can help. I have 15 years experience in this arena, both full-time and freelance. I'm also a female creative and a mom if either of those labels apply to you, I am an open ear. Need help with a tough boss? Trying to negotiate a raise? Find out your coworker is making waaaaay more than you (been there smh)...whatever you need help navigating, let's talk it out and come up with a plan together.
