My journey has been a continuous exploration of creativity, passion, and innovation. I started my career in the opera and theatre industry when I was 18 years old. I worked as a Rehearsal Assistant, Assistant Stage Manager, and Assistant Stage Director, contributing to over ten productions. These roles taught me how to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and connect with audiences through storytelling. When the pandemic shifted my path, it's important for me to think about human pain points and solve problems to achieve business needs. I transitioned into the digital media and UX design field to explore new ways of creating impactful experiences. I learned to apply user-centered design principles, focusing on empathy and storytelling to improve digital products. I completed UX projects like a childcare management app that enhanced the experience between parents and teachers, especially for children. Alongside this, as a mom of two, I studied early child care and social-emotional development. I hope to help children achieve their happiness. I co-founded the WonderStage Children's Mandarin Theatre Program, where I designed interactive drama experiences to help children build confidence, express themselves, and connect with their cultural roots. Through children's educator experience, I combined my passion for education with my skills in creative storytelling and user engagement. My 3 journies — Theatre; User Experience; and Children's Education — have been about understanding people, their needs, and how to create meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact.
