Currently engaged with the prestigious campus of the top tier Computer Science school at Pakistan, FAST-NUCES, Islamabad Campus, as Assistant Professor, member of permanent faculty, a mentor and a lecturer. While teaching at FAST, I feel that I'm being highly productive and am achieving numerous aims, particularly my goals in research. Not only am I pursuing my PhD, but also by engaging with students and academic courses I find freshness of concept, along with a clarity of perspective in a variety of topics. This is most evident to me when supervising various level projects, which are targeted towards pushing the state of the art beyond the limits of technology for social good. Additionally I have spent preliminary years of my career in the industry as a developer with some of the most powerful names. This I feel has lead me to some great opportunities and experiences. In pursuit of my interests, I also enjoy participating in tech conferences in order to be part of a bigger pool of knowledge. Among various others, such as IEEE's INMIC at Lahore, 2017, UEMCON at Columbia University, New York, 2018, I also recently presented my work in the Women in Machine Learning which is an affinity group of at NeurIPS, Vancouver, 2019. With thorough interest and experience in Data Science, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning, the very epitome of the tech world, I am keen to be able to offer my share to the powerful community of IT experts.
