Complaint form template- PoSH 2013

This complaint form is designed in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

It enables any employee, trainee, intern, consultant, or contract worker to submit a formal, written, and confidential complaint of sexual harassment to the Internal Committee (IC).

This template helps ensure that complaints are recorded clearly, legally, and respectfully, following the PoSH Act’s requirement for a safe, time-bound, and unbiased redressal process.

It also supports IC members in maintaining proper documentation and compliance.
