Meghana joined Microsoft as a university recruit and has gained 7 years of diverse experience across various teams and roles within Microsoft. She began her career as a Technical Consultant in the Azure C+AI team in the Microsoft's Industry Solutions org. She transitioned into a Project Manager role, where she successfully managed a portfolio of large-scale enterprise projects, leading digital transformation initiatives for Microsoft customers. In the last three years, she has been playing the role of a Product Manager in the Delivery Excellence team, responsible for enhancing the forecasting and planning processes for revenue and financials for Microsoft Project managers. Her primary focus has been on driving improvements that boost productivity and streamline operations, ultimately contributing to more efficient project management across the organization. She focuses on understanding both business and customer needs to develop the product vision and strategy, identifies gaps, creates roadmaps, and translates high-level concepts into actionable specifications. She closely works with engineering teams to refine requirements, plan execution and provide critical support to our customers. Overall, she leads the entire lifecycle of features, from development to continuous improvement and eventual retirement, ensuring they evolve with the business. Meghana is also passionate about mentoring fellow aspiring Product and Project managers to help them in their journeys.
