I also mentor and coach junior, mid and senior developers, carry-out POCs, Incident management, Bug tracing, Performance improvements and foster best engineering practices. I have over seven years of experience in the information technology and services industry, working on various business models and domains such as wealth management, digital marketing, e-commerce, e-learning and wide range of Fintech products/companies. I have successfully developed and deployed multiple web applications and features, using modern frontend technologies and frameworks, and following agile methodologies and best practices. I have also earned multiple certifications in leadership principles and management essentials from Harvard Business School (Online) to enhance my management and leadership skills to be better prepared for Senior Technical Leadership roles.
