I am a well-rounded HR professional with experience in full employee life cycle HR operations in different geographies for over 12 years with reputed corporates and social impact organization. Over the years, I have developed an understanding of people processes at the workplace and been involved in designing optimum business and HR solutions in line with organizational objectives, addressing challenges and managing change in complex and evolving environments. I specialise in driving strategic HR management processes including talent and performance management, people and organizational development, compensation and compliance, cultural assimilation and transformation. I have been instrumental in planning and managing implementation of several change initiatives. Previously, I have worked with multinational organizations such as Aon Hewitt, International SOS and Willis Towers Watson handling varied roles and responsibilities in the HR discipline. I have been instrumental in setting up gender inclusive workplace by setting up POSH & EDI committees and policies. I also served as an External Member of the ICC for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace for organizations in IT and FMCG sector where I support advisory, investigations, awareness workshops and reach out services for employees for early neutral guidance and redressal for workplace issues.
