Megha has 11 years of experience in providing consulting to the US and European clients across investment banking and valuation domains. Currently, she's leading VFLT (valuation, forensic, litigation and transaction advisory services) team at Wipfli India. Prior to Wipfli, Megha worked with Deloitte USI as a Senior Consultant in the valuation team. She was involved in building complex valuation models, PPA and Goodwill impairment audits and engagement, drafting valuation reports, scoping and finding memos. During her tenure at KPMG, Megha worked as a sell side advisor and assisted the Germany team across consumer, retail, industrial, pharmaceutical and telecom industries. Her major responsibilities included creating pitch books, information memorandum, industry and company analysis, financial statement analysis, company benchmarking, intrinsic and relative valuation.
