Hi, I'm Megha! Over the last four years, I've worked as a government consultant, partnering with ministries and public institutions on policy, strategy, organizational transformation, and public sector reforms. Before that, I spent two years helping scale a social impact NGO, where I discovered my passion for solving complex problems that create meaningful impact. I am currently working with a startup in the fundraising and investment advisory space before pursuing my MBA, which has given me the opportunity to understand startups, venture capital, and entrepreneurship alongside my public policy experience. Like many aspirants, I also spent years preparing for UPSC. Although I didn't make it through, that journey shaped my resilience and ultimately led me to build a rewarding career in public policy and government consulting.
