I use the tools and techniques of NLP, Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence combined with a few more. As a mentor I help you where you need guidance and support. When I am a trainer I love combining telling with asking and exploring. In my point of view whether it is coaching or training , it is never a one way process. There is both giving and receiving. On the personal front I am a music lover, singer, guitar player, a voice artist, and occasional writer. I am also an Access Bars, NLP and Reiki practitioner. I am an Optimist and a Philomath.
