What we’ll cover in the call

This is a focused discovery session for early-stage founders who are trying to find product–market fit and figure out how to acquire their first real customers.

During the call, we’ll discuss:

• Your startup & current stage — what you’re building, why, and where you are today.
• Problem & customer — who you’re solving for, what problem you believe exists, and what evidence you have so far.
• Customer insights — what you’ve learned from conversations, early users, or market feedback.
• Product & positioning — whether the current product actually aligns with the problem and customer.
• GTM — how you can acquire your first users/customers and what channel or wedge makes the most sense.
• Priorities — what I believe you should focus on now, and what you should stop or avoid doing.
• Next steps — a practical direction for the next phase of validation and growth.

We’ll also assess whether there is a genuine fit for me to help further through growth strategy or GTM consulting.

This is not a generic strategy call or a pitch. The goal is to diagnose the situation honestly and leave you with greater clarity on what to do next.
