I started my career far from IT, as a Management Trainee in a Human Capital Services company. --------- The Pivot I leveraged my Computer Science background and strong research skills, went directly to my Business Head, and convinced him to let me lead an internal IT initiative. That single opportunity became my first step into Product Management. --------- The Foundation I deliberately chose roles that helped me build deep domain expertise. I immersed myself in QA to master the Healthcare domain, then strategically moved through roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and Solution Designer.
