Meera is a Psychologist and a Mental Health Educator she has completed her MA. in Applied Psychology Clinical and Counselling Practice from Dr. Homi Bhabha State University, Mumbai. Currently offering online therapy session with a sliding scale for varied population and providing psychology tutor for college students. She is also the founder of Thera Tales a space where she creates content about mental health and therapy on Instagram with the aim of creating awareness and psycho educating one step at a time.
