I’m Meerab Fatima. I’m 18 years old, a self-taught learner passionate about digital skills like coding, graphic designing, and content writing. I began my journey just a year ago, and since then I’ve been growing steadily, now working with real clients and expanding my skills every day. At 17, I took my first step by helping my Sir with his website. I learned the basics of HTML, C++, and Excel. At the same time, I explored Canva and graphic design through CorelDraw, creating logos, pamphlets, and other visuals that boosted my confidence. I also opened Facebook accounts to connect with people, share my work, and start building an audience. When I started, I didn’t have a clear direction. I didn’t know which skill to focus on or how to plan my growth. There was a lot of confusion, no proper guidance, and a constant fear of not being good enough. There were moments I felt completely lost. Self-doubt crept in, and balancing learning, client work, and personal life became overwhelming. Without a mentor, I often questioned whether I should even continue. Despite the challenges, I refused to give up. I improved my graphic design skills through consistent trial and error. I started getting clients on Facebook for both design and book writing projects. I sharpened my writing skills, learning to create better and more engaging content. I built a small portfolio, learned to handle client feedback, and gained valuable real-world experience. Now, at 19, I’ve officially launched my own content writing account. I’m working professionally on projects like blog writing, social media content, and brand messaging. I’ve turned my learning into earning — building my personal brand, growing my skills, and preparing to help others start their own journeys too.
