Therapy with Ms. Moorjani helped me overcome anxiety, build confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with myself. I was guided to find my own answers, inspiring me to pursue psychology.”
I’m a Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience, who believes that mental health care should feel safe, respectful, and deeply human. People often reach out when they feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or uncertain about how to navigate personal or relational challenges. My aim is to offer a calm, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples feel heard, understood, and supported.
In my work with individual therapy, I use an integrative approach, drawing from Mindfulness-Integrated Psychotherapy, Narrative practices, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This allows therapy to be flexible and responsive—supporting emotional regulation, self-understanding, trauma-informed healing, and meaningful change, while respecting each person’s pace and lived experience.
For couple therapy, I adopt a culture-informed and relationship-sensitive approach, recognizing the influence of family systems, social roles, and cultural contexts on intimate relationships. My work with couples integrates principles from Gottman Method Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy with a focus on improving communication, emotional safety, trust, and connection in a balanced and respectful manner.
I also provide psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for both Children and Adults , conducted with care, clarity, and ethical responsibility. Assessments are approached as tools for insight rather than labels, helping individuals, families, better understand emotional, behavioral, personality-related, or relational concerns and plan appropriate interventions.
Alongside clinical work, I offer therapy supervision for mental health professionals ( 0- 5 years of experience ) and diagnostics supervisions ( for Counselors) creating reflective and supportive spaces that encourage ethical practice, case conceptualization, and professional sustainability. I am also engaged in EAP and workplace mental health consulting, supporting organizations in addressing stress, burnout, emotional labour, and employee well-being through psychologically informed and compassionate approaches.
Across all roles, my work is guided by empathy, ethics, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Whether you are seeking therapy, assessment, professional supervision, or workplace support, my intention is to create spaces where meaningful conversations and thoughtful change can take place.
If you’re considering reaching out, you’re welcome to do so at your own pace. if you need more information or clarity, do start with a discovery call.
