I’m a Business Administration graduate and a proud holder of both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from the esteemed Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Currently, I’m a PhD from the Central University of Haryana, where my research delved into the dynamic and increasingly critical field of Intellectual Property Rights, alongside exploring Corporate Law, Cyber Law, Jurisprudence, International Law, and the emerging intersections of law and technology. Driven by a multidisciplinary approach, I aim to contribute to legal academia and practice with insights that are both theoretically robust and practically relevant. My commitment to bridging academic research with real-world application recently culminated in founding Lex Invicta Forte, a boutique law firm focused on delivering strategic solutions in my core areas of interest. In line with this vision, the firm has recently launched "DPDP Act Compliance Services" — a specialized service designed to help educational institutions and EdTech providers navigate India’s new data protection regime with confidence and clarity.
