I am currently pursuing masters in Financial Technology from The Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and I worked with Deloitte India (Offices of the US) post qualification for 1.5 years in their finance and enterprise performance department. This stint allowed me to hone my analytical and creative skills besides making me more curious about the world of Fintech. I was also a part of the "Culture-Inclusion-Wellness" wing of the department wherein I was recognized multiple times for my innovative and leadership skills. With the grit and motive to create a positive change in society for the better, I, along with my friends founded an NGO - "Spread A Smile with Us", wherein we bind the blank pages of used notebooks, make new books and distribute them amongst the underprivileged children. We have distributed about 1.2k books to date since the inception of the NGO in May 2019. Apart from this, I love to read and write. I got so driven by these passions of mine that I unknowingly wrote about 150 write-ups in 6 months. The write-ups are now compiled and I became an author of the book - "The Spilled Ink" which is available on Amazon!:) Oh, also my short collection of 15 poems is available there under the name "Of words and beyond - poetards!"
