Future Attorney and lifelong humanitarian. I am a fourth-year student at Lloyd School of Law. I am particularly interested in Criminal, Constitutional, Information Technology, and Intellectual Property Laws. I have interned at the office of Honourable Mr. Justice Bivas Pattanayak, Judge, Calcutta High Court and Chambers of Sr. Adv. Salman Khurshid. Throughout the internship, I have been involved in making briefs, drafting, and attending court proceedings regularly. I have also worked under the Honourable Chief Justice, Calcutta High Court where I assisted your lordship in two specific rare matters that was (MAT/1253/2023) R. P. Infosystems Limited And Anr v. The Adjudication Authority and Anr. and (APOT/38/2021) Hemanta Kumar Banka v. Union Of India And Ors. Further, I have Interned under the West Bengal State Legal Service Authority which inculcated the idea of free and accessible justice and protection of human rights, inspired by which I have also interned under the POCSO division of the Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights, where I drafted legal notices, study of laws and prepare research notes for the PILs, and contribute to Organising Seminars and Workshops. With the skills and knowledge gained from various places I have interned; I worked in the area of menstrual hygiene and also got a direction issued by the Ministry of Education [F.NO.17-5/2023-U.5]. I am committed to ensuring menstrual hygiene in all educational institutions and through my Initiative named Junior Justice (www.juniorjustice.in) which also aims to fulfill the aim of Legal Aid. I have enjoyed working on matters of Information Technology, Media, Constitutional, and Criminal Law for the Oxford Price Media Moot Court Competition (South-Asia) 2023-24; 3rd Surana & Surana and CUSAT, Dr. AT Markose Memorial Technology Law Moot 2023 as an oralist, where we were the semi-finalists and were adjudged with the awards of Spirit of Surana, 3rd Best Team, 2nd Best Memorial and 3rd Best Student Advocate and Surana and Surana, IIT Madras IPR Moot 2023. Apart from participation in Moot, I mentor and coach teams for several Moots. I have also written, published, and presented various research papers at different prestigious conferences as the CLEA Golden Jubilee Conference whose evaluation committee was led by Honourable Mr. Justice Surya Kant. Academics for me always had a front seat which drove me to be the batch topper of my college for the academic year 2021-22.
