Interested in turning scientific research into solutions to provide practically applicable, long-lasting improvements. I am an experienced, well educated researcher with several years of expertise in the field of Research. My main area of expertise is isolation/extraction of different organellar protein (e.g. Plant Extracellular matrix protein, Apoplastic proteins, Fungal secretory protein and mycelial Protein) and identification thereof by mass spectrometry. My skills also cover all other aspects of proteomic data processing. During my studies I have focused on developing different pathosystems, optimizing infection model to understand fungal pathogenesis in infected plants, identifying fungal effectors extracted from infected tissues as well as analyzing data. The most important point of mine is to provide accurate reports in order to achieve good understanding of plant-pathogen interaction.
