Md Imtiyaz Alam B.A. English Honours, Ranchi College MBA, IIM Kozhikode Hailing from a very small town in Jharkhand, it feels like a significant achievement to have made it to IIM Kozhikode, especially with low academic scores, no coaching, and relying solely on self-preparation. Coming from a humble background, I want my journey to inspire anyone and everyone—those with an average personality, average academics, an ordinary background, or from a small town. If I can crack CAT and reach where I am today, so can you. However, I also want to present a realistic picture of life after graduating from a top IIM. The journey is not always glamorous or easy. While it opens doors to great opportunities, you will still face challenges and need to work hard to achieve your goals.
