I’m a productivity-minded cloud and infrastructure engineer building Azure Chaos Studio, a preview product that enables Azure customers to run chaos testing against their applications to improve their resilience against faults. I’m on a mission to open opportunities for others, with an emphasis on those from under-represented and under-resourced backgrounds. Before Microsoft, I was working at LinkedIn as a Software Engineer, building internal tools that empowered the sales organization to manage enterprise sales at massive scale. I spent several years building software as a vendor for Riot Games, learning the value of recognizing where user experiences can be improved with new features or tools, working remotely with multiple diverse teams to take on new challenges, and leading and managing groups of international volunteers, learning to support each person's motivations. Between LinkedIn and Microsoft, I’ve helped deliver two major projects on-time to MVP in the past year.
