My 12-year professional path covered areas such as consulting, manufacturing, transportation, and distribution. I have experience in Finance and Accounting, Budgeting and Planning, Data Analysis, and Digital Transformation project management. Since May 2018, I have been working in the FMCG distribution sector in Vietnam. I started as an Accounting Manager and was promoted to Finance Controller and Digital Transformation Expert. The company's activities include importing food and baverage from foreign countries and acting as an exclusive distributor in Vietnam. The company employs over 700 individuals and has 18 warehouses and 6 offices. Since my joining, the firm has grown 5x in revenue, 7x in staff count, and 5x in client count. My primary responsibilities include improving the integrity of financial statements, forecasting the future and preparing budgets, analyzing transactional data, establishing procedures, and integrating technology into corporate operations. Projects involving hands-on digital transformation: - In the year 2019, successfully migrated from a local finance ERP to Netsuite One World. - In the year 2020, successfully procured and integrated an external Distribution Management System (DMS) with Netsuite and it is helping the sales team in real-time retail order processing. - In 2021, Netsuite's Warehouse Management System was successfully integrated and rolled out to 16 warehouse sites. - In 2021, Implemented and integrated a Logistics Management System and it's serving to delivery team consists 100+ deliverymen. - In the year 2022, ongoing development of an Ecommerce b2b platform in order to reach out to more shops where retailers are able to access product info and promotion in their phone application. - In the year 2022, ongoing implementation of a Salesforce CRM and Marketing cloud, which will be integrated with Netsuite. - in 2022, created numerous Power BI dashboards using Python, MySQL, and APIs'. - In the year 2023, developed and delivered netsuite API to the data analysis team.
