Mayur has been in the IT industry for over two decades and has been working with Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS) since 2013 as Senior IT Program Manager. His core expertise lies in execution of large-scale complex transformation programs with Product Engineering approach, Collaboration with cross-functional teams, Cost Optimization, achieving Operational Excellence and driving value by leveraging technology. Working in the true spirit of leadership, he engineered and devised strategies for successful completion of Data Migrations as part of one of the largest transformation programs of telco in Europe by migrating post-paid subscribers data from legacy stack to Oracle BSS stack. In Software Engineering his technical experience has been predominantly in solution designing and building Enterprise applications using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Designer, Oracle Weblogic, Unix, XML, Data Modelling and Performance Tuning. He got an opportunity to work in the UK for almost 9 years out of which he spent 6 years in Consulting roles. It was a privilege to work on the projects for some of the most well-known and respected names in Public Sector, Insurance, Financial Services and IT Consulting domain. The consultant role nurtured the ethos of building customer-centric products, bringing innovation and taking ownership. He is Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, SAFe PO/PM, Professional Scrum Master (PSM1), AWS Cloud Practitioner certified, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals, Google Certified Cloud Digital Leader. Sharing knowledge and experience with wider IT community is his passion. He has been conducting internal trainings for _VOIS employees on diverse subjects such as AWS Cloud, Google Cloud, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL since Aug-2019. He takes immense interest in career development of his team mates, colleagues and friends by mentoring them and showing the path to reach their goals. An avid technology savvy, he likes to keep abreast with latest technology trends and has keen interest in emerging technology domains such as Cloud, DevOps, Containers and Data Analytics. Outside of technology world, he has been associated with an NGO - Katalyst India in a mentorship program.
