Cutting it to 2-3 fields with auto-fetch took live restaurant adoption from near-zero to 150+. At Optiwise.ai, a B2B SaaS platform for Amazon and Walmart sellers that grew to 300+ customers, I built an AI-driven reporting system that replaced 3-4 hours of manual cross-portal work, and a weekly performance digest that became the single most-referenced customer touchpoint at a 72% open rate.
