Overview of Tools We Generally Use

I'll cover the following tools in this session

1. Slack - how to maximise your potential to use Slack in the most efficient way. Use of Save items, reminders, regular cleanups, adding users in chat, creating channels etc.
2. Confluence - overview of basic usage of Confluence - creating pages, using gadgets, creating filters, charts etc.
3. Jira - overview of basic usage of Jira - how to create filters, save and share them. Using JQL. Different issue types, workflows, default fields vs custom fields etc.
4. Outlook - flagging emails, creating folders etc.
