About me
If I have to define myself in one word, that will be 'realistic'. I am known on LinkedIn for the reality and authenticity I bring to a platform full of exaggerated posts.
I have a non-linear career in my life starting as a software engineer, then moving to XLRI, one of the top institutes in the country to pursue an MBA in HR.
I had 2 manufacturing stints with Reliance & Asian Paints post which I quit my high-paying job for a career break followed by a 2-year entrepreneurial stint. I started an online career guidance venture to help school students pick the best-fit career instead of chasing success.
I am a strong advocate of mental health and empathy. I am also big supporter of taking risky decisions rather than being risk averse and following a path society has picked for us.
I don't promise any success shortcuts or tall claims. I am here to share my experience, ask the right questions to help people identify their own calling, call out the bluff of society and so-called influencers and give a practical solution.
In my free time, you can find me reading, writing poems, cooking or sleeping. If I have some energy left, I travel once in a while to detach myself from reality.
