As an experienced business leader with 10+ years of experience, I have launched and scaled multiple verticals. Being an early team member at Uber, I led a $10M PnL vertical in South Asia, being responsible for driving revenue, increasing profitability and driving overall business strategy. I also had multiple stint in the driver supply vertical, where I was responsible for building the cities supply from the ground up and then scaling new channels, reduce acquisition cost, business planning and setup change management processes. During my stint at Nas Company, I launched courses, ensuring an optimal go-to-market strategy (GTM). I was also responsible for operations planning and competitive analysis to ensure the success of new courses. In my 2nd role at Nas Company, I led the Localisation business exhibiting my people management, and cross-functional team leadership skills by managing a team of 12 senior members. I was also in-charge of business development, ensuring as healthy client pipeline.
