With more than five years of experience in IT and Healthcare Engineering, I have developed skills in Automation Robotics, Applications, Computer Networking, and Software configurations, among others. Currently, I work as a Technical Support Engineer at Roche, a leading provider of diagnostic solutions for laboratory diagnostics and automation. In this role, I provide technical solutions to customers, collaborate with peers and managers, and maintain awareness of relevant product trends and issues. I also ensure reliable connectivity with automation, using my network troubleshooting and configuration skills. Previously, I completed a Post Graduation program in Biomedical Engineering Technology at Centennial College, where I graduated with Distinction in Leadership.
