I am an amalgamation of life experiences. From my first car washing business to a landscaping company to a tech repair and ultimately a data science consulting firm -- I am an entrepreneur. I identify gaps in the market and combine customer journeys’ with advanced analytics to identify how to make people’s lives easier. I have been a server, musician, actor, & hotel front desk clerk. I have supported myself since I was 16. Dedication and determination ensured I would always overcome trials. Yet, even as I learned adaptability and growth, it was never done in isolation. Friends, mentors, and leaders supported my career progression and provided guidance for me to become who I am today. As such, I find it incredibly important to give back – to be a transformational and servant leader to my team – to be a mentor and guide for those looking to accelerate their career. I aim to bring out the best in others and help them maximize their strengths to provide large-scale impact. I built my first computer in 6th grade. Learned how to remove viruses and malware in the days of Napster & Bearshare. I am a glorified math nerd. Built my first regression models in 2003 for Home Depot and UPS. Created ML, DL, & NLP models that were used to optimize over $10 billion in spend and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and cost savings. I have read, written, lived, and breathed in the data & AI space for over 20 years. Over these past two decades, I have combined leadership roles with data-driven analytics to transform organizations. I have been fortunate enough to become a leading expert on deriving tangible value from data by working with dozens of Global F500 companies to build out their strategic data and artificial intelligence (AI) roadmaps by prioritizing their resources and goals for maximal business outcomes. I am fortunate enough to be featured in CIO Magazine, CDO Magazine, & the Cambridge Press along with being a member of the Evanta (Gartner) CIO Council and acting as the NVIDIA Partner Advisory Chair. My skill set has provided me the unique ability to build out data/AI/technology strategies, simplify the complex, act as a communications bridge, build teams that drive actionable insights, and evangelize on data, AI, & the art of the possible. Ultimately, I aim to be a driver of transformation – to transform cultures to be more data-driven and find ways to leave large scale impact on the world through AI/advanced analytics.
