Hi, I’m Masham, a Software Engineer at Microsoft based in Brisbane, Australia. Prior to Microsoft, I interned at Amazon and Atlassian, gaining experience across large-scale software systems, cloud technologies, mobile development, and modern engineering practices. I also served as a tutor at The University of Queensland for courses in Theory of Computing and Pattern Recognition & Analysis. For many years, I’ve volunteered my time to mentor students and aspiring software engineers through university societies, tutoring, leadership positions, and individual career guidance. During that time, I’ve spent hundreds of hours reviewing resumes, conducting mock interviews, answering career questions, and helping people prepare for internships and graduate roles. I’ve worked with students at all stages of their journey, from those applying for their very first internship to those targeting competitive opportunities at leading technology companies. My goal is to provide practical, honest, and personalised advice that helps people feel more confident and better prepared throughout the recruitment process. Outside of engineering, I’m passionate about mentoring, community building, and helping others access opportunities that can accelerate their careers.
