As a Data Analytics Coordinator at Leeds University Union, I work with various stakeholders to collect, analyse, and report data on student engagement, satisfaction, and feedback. I use tools such as Python, R, and PowerBI to perform data visualization, and user acceptance testing. I also facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance data literacy and awareness among staff and students. I have a strong interest in marketing and customer behaviour analysis, which I developed during my Masters in Business Analytics and Decision Sciences at Leeds University Business School with modules in machine learning, consultancy, and behavioural and organisational psychology. I applied my marketing skills and analytical thinking as the Marketing and Analytics Head for the Empower Conference 2023, where I led a team of 10 to design, execute, and evaluate a successful campaign that attracted over 500 attendees from diverse backgrounds and sectors. I also won the ASDA hackathon 2023 with my team, where we proposed a solution to address human rights violations in the supply chain using a multi-criteria decision analysis method. I am looking for roles that will allow me to leverage my data analysis, marketing, and consultancy skills, and to continue learning and growing in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
