About me
Lean, resilient, agile organizations require some brains, but a lot more heart and sweat, and I find that most exciting.
Reach out to me if you are facing a complex technological or tactical/strategic problem or have an idea you want to bring to market but are unsure of how to best do that. The harder the challenge the better.
I am a polyvalent, multi-disciplinary autodidact, and passionate about complex technological and mathematical problems. I have worked in consulting and research for over 12 years on aspects of rigorous management such as optimization, efficiency, resilience and innovation in organizations.
I have worked for clients all across EMEA, in Denmark, UK, Switzerland, France, Austria, and Germany. I am a native Arabic, French and German speaker, and have a good command of spanish.
I have a knack for elaborating competitive and sustainable business models. I continuously study what makes truly great companies outclass all the others, and what makes some start-ups explode to fame while most of them never make it past 2 or 3 pivots.
Since 2014, I have advised several start-ups and investors in matters of business models, technology, operations, markets, customer development, innovation, organizational strategy and culture, funding and corporate finance matters. Start-ups really require you to be an all-rounder.
I am also passionate about the valuation of technology companies (IT, Biology, Energy, etc.) for value investment. I co-manage a micro-fund, continuously improving our investment practice.
