This includes directors, VPs, C-level executives, engineering managers, product managers, agile coaches and scrum masters. During my work they ask me for guidance as they experience complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity. My guidance help them with their context specific opportunities and challenges. They've particularly appreciated my broad knowledge since I can explore, understand and address situations from multiple angles. Often the conversations are centered on how to organise, collaborate, grow and produce utility for the business and users. During the years I’ve considerably helped to improve organisational, individual and team performance at Spotify, Acast, King, Lifesum, Fishbrain and others. Specifically, I have guided organisations through product innovation and optimisation and stages of dysfunction to high performing. Ranging in size from 30 to over 1000 people. I’ve worked with a multitude of teams, including developer and leadership teams. I’ve led, trained and coached them during hiring, bootstraps, incidents, product discovery and delivery, organisational improvement (aka transformations) and strategic development.
