Over the past five years, my work has centered on spearheading digital innovation in healthcare, partnering with leading Czech hospitals and home care providers. I specialize in leveraging technologies such as sensors, IoT, mechatronics, embedded software, and AI to enhance patient care daily. This approach combines digital product design, technological expertise, and strategic consulting to elevate healthcare providers' operational efficiency, care quality, and patient outcomes. In Oscillator Labs, we aim to inspire high school and university students to solve real-world healthcare challenges using digital technology. Our work starts with healthcare providers helping them define challenges to solve. Once the challenge is well defined, we provide students with hands-on technical and entrepreneurial support and mentoring to deliver practical usable results. On top of that, I provide mentoring for startups as part of EIT Health, DEX Innovation Liberec, and Olomouc Digital Innovation Hub for Healthcare. In my free time, I volunteer as a mentor and consultant for healthcare projects with several NGOs, such as cesko.digital, Impact Hub, or Diakonie.
