Psycho trauma survivor, trying to do my part to make the world a better place and combat this looming crisis of poor mental health and it's debilitating impact. From the depths of despair 😭 and the brink of Suicide 😔 to long awaited peace of mind ☺️ and better well-being 😏, I know, firsthand, what it's like, simply trying to endure life's grueling hardships 😣 and their, seemingly, unbearable, mental toll 😵.
