Each person has a different view of the market. I have interviewed many top professionals (see podcasts below), giving me an even wider context of how different people navigate their careers. My career was not a straight line, and there were many auxiliary things I had to do to get doors opened for me.

No one, not even me, can tell you how your path will unfold. However, I can guarantee that I can work with you to chart a path that maximizes the probability of your achieving your career objective.

People open doors for others; your job is to align with someone who can open a door for you to help you get to the next stage of your desired journey.

I focus on completely actionable things. I welcome excuses and will adjust your action items based on your constraints. However, I will challenge your excuses to make sure they are necessary.

Most people won't do the work required to get what they want; your honesty about that will be your biggest asset and liability.
