I am a senior leader in outbound product management, design, strategy, and innovation. With years of experience in human-centered design, product management, innovation, research, and strategy, I hold a Master of Design in Design for Interactions from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Kelley School of Business. As the first head of Visa’s Acceptance Solutions and Value Added Services organization, I led a team of 30 leaders and designers in introducing new payment platforms, acceptance, and seller tools, including the fastest-growing merchant tool with 1.6 million+ customers. I also co-founded Dojo, a new kind of consulting company that applies product discipline and 21st-century imagination across multiple industries. Previously, I was a Senior Principal of Innovation at Boeing HorizonX, where I devised and managed internal opportunity and risk mitigation products and services. I delivered on disruptive trends with new business models while producing successful prototypes and test-and-learn programs. I am passionate about driving transformative change across multiple sectors, aligning corporate vision with customer needs, and managing high-performance teams.
