We humans are complex, thus challenging, interesting, intriguing and mysterious. I work with teams and leaders to support them create their own path towards change, resilience, leadership, conflicts and what group dynamics bring. If you ask people that know me well, they probably will tell you two things about me: I am a good listener and I have a curious and adventurous spirit that enjoys trying new things. These two made a great match to become a team and leadership facilitator. My journey started from becoming a corporate trainer, to an Organizational Development Specialist, to a consultant, to a leader, but still, I feel more of a Learner. During my journey so far, I have seen the crucial role of the way we build relationships with our important stakeholders and how that creates a huge impact on our results. Call it leadership, influence, power … it all comes to the way we connect, collaborate and be part of the story of other people. The pillars of my work are based on my studies in Systemic Thinking and Process Oriented Group Dynamics. Leadership development, power and team dynamics, conflict and change management are the issues that usually are at the center of the agenda.
