I'm excited to have the opportunity to guide you on your journey of growth and professional development. Our goal here is to enhance your technical skills and assist you in achieving your career objectives.

Before our first session, I have an introductory task for you.

Task 1: UX Soft Skills Report

This activity is designed to provide insight into your soft skills, which are essential competencies that complement your technical abilities in UX.

Please access the task on Notion via the link I'm sharing: UX Skills Template. Your mission is to identify and highlight in green the soft skills you feel most confident about, and in yellow, those you consider important and wish to devote more time to improve. Follow the instructions on the Notion template. This is a way to reflect on your competencies and set development focuses.

Note: Please share your assessment with me at least 48 hours before our mentoring session to allow ample time for joint analysis.

Task 2: Compile and Share Your Portfolio Pieces + Links + Current Resume

Please send me your resume and any other work samples you have.

Task 3: Introductory Video (or Audio) of up to 15 Minutes

To get to know each other better and maximize our time during the mentoring call, record a video (or audio) of up to 15 minutes introducing yourself, and sharing your ideas, goals, challenges, and questions. Use this time effectively so I can plan our call optimally. Then, share the link with me. You may send it via YouTube (unlisted) or direct sharing options like One Drive and Dropbox.

Your responses will help guide our discussions and allow me to tailor the mentorship to better suit your needs.
