My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Economics Hons, where my curiosity for research and analysis first took root. Before diving into the professional world, I honed my skills through multiple internships across various fields, leveraging my knack for multitasking. This diverse experience set a strong foundation for my career. At MBAtrek, a dynamic ed-tech startup, I wore multiple hats, including social media marketing, designing, researching, sales, and talent acquisition. As Lead of Company Insights & Research, I transformed complex data into student-friendly reports and spearheaded a comprehensive website revamp. One of my proudest achievements as a Business Analyst was developing hieq.in, a tech recruitment platform, where I managed everything from market analysis to UI/UX design, solidifying my passion for building products from scratch. Currently, at GEDU Global, I started as a Product Analyst for an online learning platform, GlobalU, and quickly advanced to Product Owner. I define and communicate product vision and strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage analytics to drive product success. My leadership has led to significant cost reductions and enhanced user engagement, while my strategic insights have driven impactful changes. I also actively participate in leadership meetings, representing GlobalU and advocating for the diverse teams I work with. I thrive on learning and am always eager to take on new challenges that allow me to grow both personally and professionally.
